Plans for next 2 months (Deadline: August)

  • Update all project status in the wiki completely (Keep seperate pages for each project)
  • Liase with BharatheyaOO team and accordingly make an action plan for Tamil OpenOffice.org 2.0
  • Make a new installer for eKalappai 2.0 and release final version
  • Develop following keyboards for Linux using SCIM (Anjal, TamilNet99, NewTypewriter, Bamini) for Unicode & TSCII
  • Create online dictionary for tamil (Contribute to Tamil Wikitionary)
  • Tamil Firefox (to be on par with the firefox_1.5_en) with the following features... 
* Bi-Lingual - Can easily switch to English and Tamil menus
* Tamil Input Method - Padma ( need to check if it will work)
* Tamil Wikipedia Search Extension 
* Tamil Dictionary Look Up - An extension which will pick up meaning for any word from a dictionary
  • ThamiZha! Logo
  • ThamiZha! CD 2.0 (LiveCD GNU/Linux CD with Windows applications)
  • ThamiZh GNU/Linux 6.7 (Linux Distro with full support for Tamil)
